💡 Master’s Tips
- On both bending ready stances, turn your head in the direction of the kick.
- The pressing blocks in movements 17 & 18 in this pattern are performed in regular walking stances, not low stances.
- On movement 23, step backwards toward C into a right rear-foot stance before executing the front snap kick.
- On movement 28, move the left foot behind the right foot, then slide into the L-stance.
- Movements 35, 37, 38 & 39 are high-section techniques.
- Maintain a smooth, consistent rhythm throughout the pattern. Practitioners have a tendency to speed up in this pattern.
