- Move the right foot to C forming a right L-stance toward D while executing a checking block D with an X-knife-hand.
- Execute a low twisting kick to D with the right foot keeping the position of the hands as they were in 1.
- Lower the right foot to D forming a right walking stance toward D while executing a middle punch to D with the right fist.
- Execute a middle punch to D with the left fist while maintaining a right walking stance toward D. Perform 3 and 4 in a fast motion.
- Move the right foot to C forming a left walking stance toward D while executing a rising block with the left forearm.
- Execute a low block to D with the left forearm while maintaining a left walking stance toward D. Perform 5 and 6 in a continuous motion.

💡 Master’s Tips
- On movement 2, pause the twisting kick briefly at the point of impact before retracting the leg.
- On all double arc-hand high blocks, make sure you are looking through the hands.
- Moves 14 & 15 are not performed in fast motion and notice these are low stances, not walking stances.
- Move 16, pull the hands back when performing the side kick, right fist on top of left fist.
- Moves 11 & 31 are back fists front strikes not blocks.
- Move 33 move the left foot over about a half shoulder width when performing the turning kick towards C line.
- Moves 37 & 38 are not circular movements.
